Staying organized, figuring out a game plan, and keeping everyone on track is where I thrive. After recognizing my aptitude for team leadership and organization, I decided to pursue a certification to increase my knowledge of project management best practices and bring additional value to my team. I earned my Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification in 2019.
